Automated Parking Building (Z10)

The UJU Building (Zone 10) is a 14-story automated parking garage that utilizes a dual steel frame system with eccentric bracing and 76 SLB seismic dissipators. This design combines urban space optimization with high-resilience engineering, allowing the structure to efficiently absorb the energy of seismic events.

The UJU Building (Zone 4) is a 9-story automated parking complex that utilizes a dual structural system of steel frames with eccentric bracing. The building is notable for its high level of safety, integrating 30 SLB seismic dissipators to optimize the structure's response to earthquakes in a compact urban environment.

Vista Hermosa IV Project

The Vista Hermosa IV project involves the structural reinforcement of a six-story building, optimizing its concrete frames by strengthening columns and installing 24 SLB seismic dissipators with decoupled walls. This technical intervention significantly increases the structure's safety and energy dissipation capacity, ensuring a resilient response to seismic events.

Tower B of Barrio 5

Tower B of Barrio 5 is a 23-story building that employs a dual system composed of steel frames and reinforced concrete walls. Tower A of Barrio 5 is a 23-story complex that employs a dual structural system of reinforced concrete frames and walls. Its design is notable for its robust seismic protection, integrating 57 SLB dissipators to guarantee the building's stability and resilience in the event of large-magnitude earthquakes.

Mariscal Building (Zone 11)

The Mariscal Building (Zone 11) is a five-story reinforced concrete structure notable for its advanced structural protection. The project incorporates six SLB seismic dissipators using a system of decoupled walls, a technical solution designed to efficiently absorb earthquake energy and minimize damage to the main structure.

Zone 4 Hospital Retrofit

The retrofit of the Zone 4 Hospital involves work on a two-story reinforced concrete structure through the installation of 232 SLB seismic dissipators. The design integrates decoupled walls and steel bracing to radically improve the structural response, allowing the building to absorb seismic energy and maintain its critical operations during and after an earthquake.
