Mawa22
Ecuador đź“Ť

Exclusive 23-story residential tower protected with 84 SLB energy dissipators of the latest generation. Located in Manta, Ecuador, this high-rise project integrates cutting-edge technology to maximize structural resilience to earthquakes, guaranteeing the safety of its residents and the integrity of the investment in one of the most seismically active areas of the Ecuadorian coast.

Hotel MalecĂłn
Peru 📍

This iconic 108-meter, 22-story hotel redefines engineering on the Lima coastline. Built using the Top-Down construction method to guarantee slope stability, the project integrates a massive post-tensioning system and SLB energy dissipators in coupling beams. The structure features a special transfer beam supporting 17 stories, verified through performance-based design to withstand extreme earthquakes with return periods of up to 2,475 years.

Paradox Tower
Mexico 📍

A 62-story skyscraper complex comprising three inclined towers. To overcome its enormous structural challenge and save over 2,000 tons in foundation work, the project incorporated 118 of our SLB seismic dissipators. The effectiveness of our technology was demonstrated during the 2017 earthquake, guaranteeing the building a 100% elastic response without suffering any damage (you can see the earthquake video here).

Vista Hermosa IV Project
Guatemala 📍

The Vista Hermosa IV project involves the structural retrofit of a 6-story building, optimizing its concrete frames by strengthening columns and installing 24 SLB seismic dissipators with decoupled walls. This technical intervention significantly raises the structure's safety and energy dissipation capacity, guaranteeing a resilient response to seismic events.

Lufthansa Hangar
Philippines 📍

The Lufthansa hangar in Manila installed 45 SLB seismic dissipators manufactured in Lima and exported by sea, establishing Peruvian technology as a benchmark in international airport infrastructure.

British School Retrofit
Colombia 📍

We led the seismic retrofit of the theater stage machinery at Montessori British School (Bogotá) through the installation of 15 SLB energy dissipators. This solution guarantees drift control and protection of the technical and scenic infrastructure, ensuring maximum structural resilience for the school community under cutting-edge engineering standards.
