Projects in Ecuador

Light Tower
The LUZ Building is a sustainability landmark that guarantees its structural safety through 79 SLB seismic dampers . This carbon-neutral project by Rosero Construye employs our fourth-generation technology to dissipate seismic energy immediately, ensuring the complete protection and operational continuity of this new icon of the Quito skyline.

Mawa22
Exclusive 23-story residential tower protected with 84 state-of-the-art SLB energy dissipators. Located in Manta, Ecuador, this high-rise project integrates cutting-edge technology to maximize structural resilience to earthquakes, guaranteeing the safety of its residents and the integrity of the investment in one of the most seismically active areas of the Ecuadorian coast.

Ceibo Dorado Hotel Reinforcement
Structural reinforcement project of a 7-story building through the installation of 43 SLB energy dissipators. Located in Manta, Ecuador, and completed in 2016, this project is a benchmark in the recovery and improvement of existing infrastructure, using our technology to drastically increase the seismic resilience of the hotel and guarantee the maximum safety of its guests.

Superior Mills
Following the 2016 earthquake, structural reinforcement was carried out on three key industrial blocks (wheat silos, milling, and flour) at the Molinos Superior plant in Manta. The project, completed in 2017, combined the use of TADAS devices with third-generation SLB dampers configured to operate in a horizontal plane. This innovative solution allowed for the rehabilitation and strengthening of the affected structures, providing superior energy absorption capacity against future seismic events in the region.

Riobamba Clinic
A six-story hospital building protected with 17 fourth-generation SLB energy dissipators. Located in Riobamba, Ecuador, and completed in 2016, this project stands out for prioritizing safety in the healthcare sector, using seismic control technology to guarantee the protection of patients, medical personnel, and the operational continuity of the facilities after a seismic event.

Riobamba Clinic
Completed in 2017 in Quito, this four-story research facility, designed by Dr. Roberto Aguiar, integrates 31 third- and fourth-generation SLB dampers . The system protects critical areas, laboratories, and high-precision equipment, ensuring the safety of the academic and military community in the event of severe earthquakes.

Silos
A four-story industrial facility protected with 44 fourth-generation SLB energy dissipators. Located in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and completed in 2017, this project demonstrates the versatility of our technology in the agro-industrial sector, where seismic control is essential to prevent catastrophic structural failures, protect grain storage, and ensure the plant's operational continuity after an earthquake.
